A Fun Family Day Out

Shortwood is a family farm, and that’s why we know what makes a good family day out. The farm is all about hands-on fun, and there is plenty of activites for children.

Would you like to feed some of our baby lambs and goats, to hand milk one of our cows or goats, or to jump into a trailer and ride around the fields? You can do all of that and more at Shortwood Farm.

And after all that running around you can always grab a much needed cup of tea in our tearoom, while the little ones spend time at our popular play area, filled with tunnels, mini-mountains, super tube slide and space to run around.
